Our team recently completed a 180,000 square foot mill and pave project for a Lowe's parking lot in Greensboro, NC. The project consisted of milling the existing surface and paving fresh asphalt, resulting in a smooth parking area that improves the customers overall experience. Our striping crew followed up by restriping all of the previous markings & parking stalls per the original layout.

Crown Paving is proud to be a key contributor to the IQ2 Infrastructure project. Located just off Research Parkway in downtown Winston-Salem, this project showcases our comprehensive range of services. Our team is responsible for constructing all roadways, installing curb and gutter systems, and applying specialized stamped asphalt & thermoplastic markings. This ongoing project, slated for completion in 2025, demonstrates Crown Paving's ability to manage complex, large-scale projects over long periods of time. 

Crown Paving completed a large-scale maintenance project at Parkside Town Commons in Cary, NC, demonstrating our proficiency in commercial parking lot maintenance. We sealcoated, crack filled, and re-striped over 750,000 square feet of parking area covering over 80% of the total property. This project also included stamped concrete remove & replace as well as asphalt patching & resurfacing in multiple areas. This seamless execution highlights our ability to manage extensive maintenance projects while prioritizing minimal impact on our clients' daily activities.

Crown Paving completed an asphalt project for Food Lion covering over 160,000 SF of surface area. We adhered to Food Lion's LMA and requirements, as we always do when paving any Food Lion parking lot. This planning allowed us to complete the project efficiently once we mobilized on-site, delivering a paving solution that went above and beyond Food Lion's specifications. This location is one of the many Food Lion parking lots that we have successfully completed.

In the summer of 2023, Crown Paving completed an upfit project for Target in Spartanburg, SC. The project involved milling and paving over 230,000 square feet, repairing areas with failing base material, and removing and replacing the storefront sidewalk and various other areas around the property. We also replaced all signage and bollards and re-striped the entire parking lot according to Target's specifications. The result was a revitalized and fully functional parking lot, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.

We began our part at Kroger FC11 in the summer of 2023 and successfully completed it the summer of 2024. Crown Paving poured all curb and gutter using our curb machine, paved the entire parking lot, and also managed the installation of various fixtures and pavement markings. This project underscores our commitment to delivering quality and reliability in handling large-scale commercial assignments over long durations.
